Why is my track number not updating? (US only)
At first, the package will be shipped from Ukraine to the USA via DHL (8-10 days), and then it will be delivered to your final address (2-4 days). The tracking number will begin to show updates once USPS receives the package from DHL. Therefore, you may see statuses like "Label Created, not yet in the system," "Pre-transit," or "No tracking" during the initial 8-10 days. Please don't worry; this is normal.
How long does a package take to ship from Ukraine to US?
The delivery takes 10-14 days from shipping.
How long does a package take to ship from Ukraine to other countries?
The delivery takes 7-10 business days from shipping for UK and EU, 10-25 business days for other countries.
What is your processing time?
Our processing time is 2-4 business days.
Do you make custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not make custom orders.
What can be done if something wrong with my order?
